The Quincy Herald-Whig is reporting, “Josh Stealey was halfway through high school when he was faced with a choice: Drop out or be expelled. Rather than have a black mark on his school record, he voluntarily left.

Stealey, then 16, started experimenting with computers and web design in his spare time.

“Working with computers was kind of new. Growing up, nobody had computers, so I got the nickname, ‘Digital One,’ ” he said. “I got tired of looking for graphic designers for the websites I was doing, so I got into graphic design that way.”…”
