JOURNAL-REGISTER: Rauner campaign got tech help from firm led by former Cambridge Analytica official

The State Journal-Register is reporting, “The campaign of Gov. Bruce Rauner paid $5,000 in November to a company called HuMn Behavior in New York.

An October news release for Wisconsin Next PAC, which raises money for a GOP U.S. Senate hopeful, says that Matt Oczkowski is president of HuMn Behavior. It also says he led data and analytics for the 2016 Trump-Pence campaign as head of product for Cambridge Analytica and was also formerly chief digital officer for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.

Cambridge Analytica, of course, has been in the news for the way it used people’s information on Facebook in the campaign…”
