JOURNAL STAR: ‘Love Spring’ on High Street

The Journal Star is sharing photos of an art installation put together by Yaku, a non-profit that is working to save the structure as an international cultural center.

“Love” pours out of the Hale Memorial Church building at 401 W. High Street in Peoria like a waterfall.
