TRIBUNE: CTA brings the heat for a little longer at ‘L’ stations

The Chicago Tribune is reporting, “Chicagoans are finding April to be a crueler month than usual, with snow on the ground and temperatures well below average.

So the CTA, which usually shuts off its “L” platform heat lamps at the end of March, has decided to leave them on until the cold snap is over, according to the transit agency.
