TRIBUNE: Switch up your workout with goat yoga at Garfield Park Conservatory

The Chicago Tribune is reporting, “Goat yoga mania is apparently here to stay, and now you can get in on the animal action at Garfield Park Conservatory.

From now through the end of July, instructors will lead yoga class accompanied by several baby goats from the conservatory’s goat pasture. The mini munchers will be on-site one week each month to help maintain the conservatory’s weeds, so they deserve a good stretch on the mat. Downward goat has a nice ring to it, right?

Classes are $25 each and are currently sold out for the remaining sessions, but guests can join a waitlist. Even if you can’t get in a class, you can still head to the pasture to watch the goats work…”
