Hannibal Buress appearing on”The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” Wednesday night reminisced about why he moved back to Chicago from New York this year.

Burress, a West Side native, said “it’s less famous people for competition.”

“L.A. and New York got everybody there. In Chicago, Chance is on tour now. Football players have helmets, so they’re not famous. Baseball players have 200 games, so they’re busy. So basically it’s like me and John Cusack,” Buress said to Colbert.

Buress also said he is a landlord and rents out Chicago apartments on Airbnb.
